STANDARD DELIVERY

If we’ve got it in stock we’ll deliver your order within the next 1-2 working days, when the order is placed before 16:00. Our delivery times are between 09:00 – 17:00, Saturday – Thursday

Delivery charge for orders placed via Customer Service or Account Managers is AED 100 per order

Delivery charge for orders placed online is AED 50 per order

All orders with 6 Metre Installation Channels carry an AED 350 delivery charge

All orders to be delivered outside metropolitan areas (outskirts) carry a delivery charge of AED 350


ONLINE DELIVER

REPAIR PICKUP AND RETURN

Fastcut tools are built to last so that you can finish your project in a timely and efficient manner. But if a breakdown does occur, we’ll take care of it quickly and professionally. Book your repair online or by phone:

By 17:00 for next day pickup

For tools that are out of the NO COST period, a flat    delivery charge of AED 10 will apply

  2. Advanced – Transactional charges only apply for 6 Metre Installation Channel and Outskirts deliveries
  3. Premium – Total piece of mind with all services included

Same Day Express delivery charge of AED 350 per order  is excluded from all Subscription plans

Payment is made both in cash and by bank transfer.

The sdek courier picks up orders twice a day.

You pay for the order, we cut the piece of rope you need, find out the shipping cost, coordinate and ship.
Partial payment of 10% before the cut and the rest of the payment upon shipment at the SDEC point is possible.
